Shipping Instructions:

  1. Do not ship the bar and lines or the pump.

  2. The kite or the paraglider can be shipped in its own bag, no need to box it. Put an extra shipping label with our address inside the bag in case the external shipping label gets damaged. Pack it small!  

  3. Shake out all the sand and other debris from the kite and ensure the kite is DRY! Otherwise, repairs are delayed and a nominal $20.-cleaning charge will be added to the cost of the repair.

  4. If the damage is not obvious, please mark the area with masking tape or any other tape that does not leave behind a glue residue! Please add a description of the damages, especially if they are small so that they are not missed.

  5. To expedite the return of your equipment please include a completed label with your return address. (it does not need to be prepaid) and indicate the amount of insurance you want on your item. Kiteloft is NOT responsible for any loss or damage that arises from shipping.

  6. Please e-mail us the package tracking number as soon as you ship.

  • Purolator

  • UPS

  • FEDEX

or any other courier. Please do not ship by Greyhound.
